Saturday May 2nd, 2026, from 10:15-11:00am and 11:30am-12:15pm Emily and Bill perform for the 41st Annual Sheep to Shawl Festival at
Willamette Heritage Center, 1313 Mill St SE, Salem, OR 97301. Constant Billy will perform in the nook next to the Dye House, across from Lively at the Mill cafe–
see this map. We’ve ordered up good weather, but just in case, a tent will be set up, with seating for the audience.
Since 1985, this FREE festival has highlighted the entire wool production process from sheep shearing all the way to a beautiful woven product. Lots of demos, exhibits, entertainment, live animals, games, and food & drink! Vendors will offer felted products, crocheted items, hand-dyed yarn & fiber, candles and cotton candy!
Scheduled activities include TWO superb performances from Constant Billy (10:15-11 & 11:30-12:15) along with shearing demonstrations, Firelight Stories by the amazing Gordon Munro, and the breathtaking duck races!
The whole event runs from 10am-4pm. Great for kids-Bring the whole family!! Admission is FREE!! It will be a wild and WOOLY time!

Saturday May 30, 2026 from 10:30am-12:30pm Constant Billy performs for the Open Gardens concert series at Gaiety Hollow, 545 Mission Street SE, Salem, OR 97302.
Gaiety Hollow, listed in the National Register of Historic Places, was the personal home and studio of groundbreaking landscape architects Elizabeth Lord and Edith Schryver. Completed in 1932, Gaiety Hollow, comprises six distinct garden areas, integrated through a series of planned vistas. The charm of this lovely venue lies in how well classic garden design is adapted to a Pacific Northwest residence. Wherever you turn, the carefully laid-out gardens surprise and delight. You have to see it for yourself, and you’ll love it!
The gardens will be open to the public at no charge from 10am to 1pm; Emily & Bill are chuffed to perform from 10:30am to 12:30pm. Come stroll the grounds, or grab a chair as we serenade you. Admission is FREE!
